Sub-processors

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These are the service providers we rely on to run Laveeka, what each one handles and which country it operates in. We publish this so a client’s own privacy team can see the full picture without having to ask. It is referenced by section 9 and section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

1. How to read this page

A sub-processor is a company that handles personal information on our behalf so that we can deliver our services. Each one acts on our instructions and is bound to keep the information confidential and secure. We do not sell personal information to any of them, and none of them use it for their own purposes.

Where a provider operates outside Australia, that is noted. Section 10 of the Privacy Policy explains what overseas handling means for you and what we do about it.

2. Running the business

3. Meetings and notes

These providers are involved only where a meeting is recorded. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy explains how we handle recording and how to decline it.

4. Changes to this list

We update this page when a provider is added, removed or changes where it holds data. If you have a client agreement with us that requires notice before we add a sub-processor, that agreement governs and we will follow it.
