Questions

The things people ask before the first call, answered plainly.

What does Laveeka do?

Laveeka builds agentic AI, automation and proprietary systems for people and task intensive businesses of any size. Every engagement starts with a concept sprint, a two to four day diagnostic that finds where value is leaking, then builds the systems that close the gap. The client owns the resulting intellectual property.

Which businesses does Laveeka work with?

Laveeka works with people and task intensive businesses, where cost, quality and revenue all turn on how people spend their time and how much of that time goes on repetitive tasks. Recruitment and staffing is the lead sector, and the same approach applies wherever skilled people spend hours on work a system could do.

What size of business does Laveeka work with?

Size is not the qualifier. Laveeka works with founder-led businesses through to global operations. What matters is whether the business is people and task intensive, because that is where the value is found. Smaller firms often see the fastest return, since one automated process can be a large share of their administrative cost. Larger organisations see the largest absolute return, because the same process runs hundreds of times a week.

How is Laveeka different from buying AI software?

Licensed AI tools give every firm in a market the same capability, and the cost compounds every year. Laveeka builds systems the client owns outright, so the advantage cannot be bought by a competitor next quarter and the spend does not renew.

What is agentic AI?

Agentic AI describes software that completes work rather than answering questions: it reads the source material, uses the systems a person would use, and produces the finished output. At Laveeka a human approves anything that reaches a client or a candidate.

Does the client own the intellectual property?

Yes. The build sits in the client's repository under the client's licence, and ownership transfers formally at handover with exit-ready documentation, so another team could take it on without Laveeka.

Where is Laveeka based?

Laveeka is based in Sydney, Australia, and works with clients across Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

How does an engagement start?

With a diagnostic. It measures where time and money actually go, prices the gap and sets the order of work. Nothing is built before that, because the build is only worth what the diagnostic proves is there.

Still deciding whether it applies to you?

Every engagement starts with a concept sprint, a two to four day diagnostic that puts real numbers against your own processes, before anything is built.
